Frequently asked questions about our rollouts
How long before an AI project shows its first results?
At GENIAL, the scoping phase (Useful AI) takes 2 to 3 weeks and ends with a prioritized roadmap; deploying the first agents (Usable AI) takes 4 to 6 weeks. The first measurable time savings therefore usually show up after two to three months, on a deliberately narrow scope.
Should you start with the whole company or with a single team?
With a single team. Every successful rollout we support starts with a pilot department for one quarter, with usage metrics tracked every week, before it is scaled up. That makes it painless to drop the uses that don't find an audience.
How do you measure the results of an AI rollout?
On four metrics: time saved per employee, real adoption (active users, not accounts created), the quality of the answers produced and consolidated ROI. These metrics are tracked continuously, not measured once at the end of the project.
Where is customer companies' data hosted?
In Europe, on sovereign infrastructure. Customer companies' data is never used to train models and stays partitioned by entity, with access rights aligned with those of the source tools.
Can an AI assessment be funded?
Yes. GENIAL is accredited as an AI Expert on behalf of Bpifrance, France's public investment bank: its Diag Data & IA program funds the assessment with a €4,000 grant. It covers the mapping of current uses, the prioritization of use cases and the roadmap.
