Data collected

• Contact request (Contact page): first name, last name, work email, company, company size, need, message if any, and whether you asked for our white paper.
• AI assessment or meeting request: first name, last name, work email, company, phone, SIREN number, headcount and message, when you provide them.
• Access to a resource or white paper: email and, depending on the content, first name and company.
• Feedback on the site: name, company, email (optional), message and attached screenshots.
• With each of these forms: the page it was sent from, the campaign source (utm parameters) if any and, if you accepted measurement cookies, the visit identifier.
• Audience and ad measurement, only if you accept it: page views, clicks on the trial and demo buttons and contact form submissions, through Google Analytics 4; Google Ads links these actions to visits that came from our ads.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your request, sending you the requested document (the white paper only if you asked for it) and following up on it: pre-contractual steps and GENIAL's legitimate interest.
• Managing the business relationship and telling you about offers related to your request: legitimate interest. You can object at any time.
• Measuring site audience and how well our ads perform: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. This data is never used to target you with ads.

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by the GENIAL team (contact requests by its sales team) and, on our behalf, by the following providers:

• Supabase: database, hosted in the European Union (Ireland).
• Brevo: email delivery (France).
• Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States: site hosting.
• Google: audience measurement (Google Analytics) and conversion measurement for our ads (Google Ads), only after your consent. Ad personalization is turned off.

Transfers outside the European Union

The site host and Google are US companies. When data is transferred outside the European Union, these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

• Form data: three years from the last contact.
• Cookie choice: six months.
• Audience measurement identifier: thirteen months at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent, and to set instructions for what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to business@wearegenial.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Third-party services linked from the site

Meeting booking (Lemcal), WhatsApp messaging, the self-assessment (genial-coach.com) and GENIAL sign-up (factory.wearegenial.com) open services that apply their own privacy policies.
