These terms apply to browsing www.wearegenial.com. Use of the GENIAL service (factory.wearegenial.com) is governed by its own terms, accepted at sign-up.

www.wearegenial.com presents the offers and activities of CIBLER SAS, which operates the GENIAL and WeAreGenial brands. Using the site means accepting these terms, which may change at any time: the version online is the one that applies.
Access to the site
The site is free to access at any time, except for maintenance or force majeure. GENIAL tries to announce planned interruptions in advance.
Published information
GENIAL takes care that the information on the site is accurate. It is given for information only and may change, including features, integrations and prices. The terms that apply to a subscription are those in force when you subscribe.

Intellectual property
The texts, images, graphics, logos, icons and software of the site belong to CIBLER SAS or to their respective owners. Messages and screenshots sent through the site's forms (requests, feedback) must not contain unlawful, abusive or defamatory content, nor confidential third-party data. GENIAL may remove any unlawful content without notice.
