Your pain points
What AI changes in your day-to-day
The administrative load
Reports, shift handoffs, letters, activity reports: time spent writing is time taken away from the people in your care.
Access to protocols
The procedures exist, approved and up to date, but finding the right version at the right moment means knowing where it was filed.
Evaluations and accreditation
Every cycle means pulling together evidence scattered across files, meeting minutes and action plans.
Schedules under pressure
Absences, replacements, qualification requirements: the schedule gets rebuilt by hand every week, often in the evening.
Nonstop hiring
Care positions stay open for months, and screening applications comes after the urgent work on the floor.
Purchasing and contracts
Medical devices, services, food service: contracts roll over without a side-by-side review of the terms obtained.
Already transforming their business
Healthcare and social care organizations, from nursing home groups to home care services.

In the field
Three situations, three answers
Unit · start of shift
What's the current procedure for this situation, and since when?
Current protocol cited with its approval date, what changed from the previous version, and a reminder of the point of attention added in the last revision. Sources available to check.
Management · activity report
Draft the outline of the unit's annual activity report.
Outline structured to the expected format, metrics pulled from their source, highlights taken from the meeting minutes, and the sections still missing data flagged.
Quality · evaluation prep
What evidence do we have for this criterion in the framework?
Existing evidence mapped to the criterion with its location, actions underway and their progress, and the two points where the file still needs work before the site visit.
AI assessment: a €4,000 grant to get your program started
GENIAL is an accredited AI Expert for Bpifrance, France's public investment bank. Its Diag Data & IA program funds your assessment: a map of current AI use, priority use cases and a roadmap.
Industry questions
Is the agent involved in patient care or medical diagnosis?
No, and that's a principle. Use cases cover administration, documentation and organization. No agent gives medical advice or takes part in a care decision.
How do you handle health data?
The scope is set at the outset to exclude personal health data from the deployed use cases. Any case involving it would require HDS-certified hosting (France's health data hosting standard) and a dedicated impact assessment, to be run with your DPO.
Do our care teams have time to learn yet another tool?
It works in plain language, with no interface to learn: you ask your question as you would a coworker. We keep the use cases that give time back from the first week and drop the rest.
Are the answers reliable and verifiable?
Every answer cites the internal documents it used, with their approval date. The caregiver or manager checks the source before acting, and the agent says when it doesn't know.
Can we start with a single facility?
Yes, and we recommend it: one pilot facility or unit for a quarter, with usage metrics tracked weekly, then an extension to the rest of the group.
