So the problem isn't getting access to a better model. It's connecting those models to real work: to the company's data, its tools, its processes and its teams' habits. A more powerful model plugged into nothing produces nothing.

That's why we don't sell one more tool. We build a capability: identify the uses that matter, make them available in each team's daily work, then turn adoption into measurable performance. That's the 3U method: Useful, Usable, Used.

And we do it without giving up control. Data stays in Europe, the company owns its context, and nothing ties it to a model provider. AI you don't control isn't an asset, it's a dependency.
