AI has become a leadership topic. Crédit Agricole customers, from sole traders to mid-size companies, wonder where to start, with which tools, and how to fund it.
Their advisor is often the first person they ask. IA BY CA gives the advisor a concrete answer to offer.
The challenge: answering customers' AI questions
The head of a small business has neither the time nor the bearings to compare AI tools, frame first use cases and find the right funding. Crédit Agricole wanted to support customers on this topic, as it does on their other projects.
Advise and guide: the Crédit Agricole advisor's role
The advisor recommends IA BY CA to business customers. The GENIAL team presents the program to the advisor and provides the materials. The advisor does not need to become an AI expert: they point the customer to the right step.
- The customer discovers AI at work with Genial Pro, free every month.
- They take stock of their usage and priorities with an AI assessment.
- They train their teams with a dedicated academy, offered by Crédit Agricole.
Guiding the AI transformation
The IA BY CA portal brings together what it takes to go from discovery to AI at work: a general assistant and a meeting assistant, AI agents specialized by function, the best AI models with no lock-in to a single vendor, and usage-based pricing, with no license or per-seat fee.
The assessment leads to a roadmap: prioritized use cases and an action plan to roll them out.
Unlocking funding
Cost is the most common barrier. IA BY CA helps the customer activate Bpifrance's Diag Data IA, funded with a €4,000 grant under the Osez l'IA plan, with GENIAL as the accredited AI expert. The program also supports funding for a part-time AI lead.
- Diag Data IA: a €4,000 Bpifrance grant on a total cost of €10,000 excl. VAT.
- Eligibility checked by Bpifrance: companies with 10 to 2,000 employees and revenue above €1M.
- Genial Team and Enterprise: 20% extra credits for 12 months.
The results
Over 100 Crédit Agricole customers already benefit from the partnership, through the partner regional banks.
